George Tofaute, Personal Injury and Trial lawyers, located in Indiana and Illinois

George B. Tofaute has been a practicing lawyer in the Midwest since his graduation from the University of Michigan followed by his graduation from Indiana University School of Law in 1964. His practice and trial experience, including a term as City Attorney of one of Indiana's larger cities, is extensive. His commitment to the law is in helping the injured and their families. He enjoys the courtroom and people. His quick humor and winning personality keep things loose and moving smoothly. George practices in both State and Federal Courts and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He and his wife, Wanda, take pride in their three children, six grandchildren, and their "law firm family members," as well.

 

Tom Spelman is a Personal Injury and Trial lawyer, located in Indiana and Illinois

Thomas L. Spelman followed his undergraduate college degree in Kentucky with United States military service before entering the claims field where he gained valuable experience that helps our firm understand insurance companies and their claims procedures. Tom has been practicing law since his graduation from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1969. He and his wife, Jean, are avid golfers and the parents of two children. He, also, guides and watches over numerous other children, as well. Like all of our attorneys, Tom enjoys meeting our clients and being able to give his advice and the benefit of his experience to injured persons and their families.

 

Phillip G. Tofaute received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, followed by his law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan, graduating in 1990. Phil enjoys the practice of law and being able to help and guide injured people through the legal process of today's court system; he believes each person to be equal and entitled to fair and prompt service and legal help.  Phil is active in volunteer and civic activities, in his "spare time". He is also an avid sports enthusiast. Phil and his wife, Lynnette, have two sons, and enjoy living and working in the Wabash Valley.
